On April 29, KAI Museum hosted the opening ceremony of the exhibition dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory.
The event was attended by representatives of the rectorate, directors of institutes, faculty members, students of KNRTU-KAI and the relatives of the front-line soldiers.
The museum supervisor Dr. Ilona Druzhinina reminded that during the war about 700 people went to the front from the KAI family. In total, about 500 front-line soldiers worked for KAI in the post-war years. Unfortunately, none of them are no longer alive.
